The Victoria

Almost entirely preserved and intact building from the 1880’s in the quaint Cincinnati neighborhood of East Walnut Hills. Improvements here consisted mainly of exterior tuck pointing and weatherproofing, new windows, kitchens, updating and repairing the period bathrooms, rejuvenating and repairing the copious amounts of original woodwork and common area revitalization. By doing these things we have been able to double the rent roll and refinance 90% of our cash out and still have strong residual cash flow.
