The Canterbury has 25 apartments and 7 stores. Bought off a bank in 2013 for $475k the principals recognized the inherent value in this sturdily build and well located building. When renovated we were able to jump rents by 45% and attract an eclectic crowd who value the convenience and old world charm of this amazing building. Since we have refurbished this building others owners have done the same and now there is new life and excitement in the newly christened Cedar/Taylor shopping district
