Completed in 2008 this 30k+ sq ft redevelopment converted the old Ridgewood Times newspaper building into 19 lofts and ground fl retail. Pioneering condo loft development in this part of Queens required extra care in design and finish in order to attract buyers. Making it even all the more challenging was the onset of the “great recession” which coincided with the start of our marketing campaign. Despite this all units were sold with creditors and investors being repaid in full. CPR still retains ownership of the commercial ground fl condo, which includes a nationally accredited tenant.
