Is a completely renovated pre 1930 building, thus combining an old world contextual exterior with a modern updated interior. The development team injected elements of Japanese design to create flexible, open, airy, beautifully designed spaces. The Sebastian is the second phase of a two-phase condo development on Hancock Street in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.

The outside of the building has been painstakingly restored to its pre war glory.
