The Sebastian
The Sebastian
Is a completely renovated pre 1930 building, thus combining an old world contextual exterior with a modern updated interior. The development team injected elements of Japanese design to create flexible, open, airy, beautifully designed spaces. Subtle details and tremendous wall space combine to create an art gallery like feel that is a perfect canvas for a homeowner’s imagination. The Sebastian is the second phase of a two-phase condo development on Hancock Street in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. The six-unit condominium is located in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn. The building consists of four stunning floor thru units with roof access and walk in storage rooms, and two beautifully designed duplexes with separate staircases leading directly from the dining area to private yard space. The units were designed to maximize the feel of the high ceilings and the incredible 80 plus feet length of the building. The outside of the building has been painstakingly restored to its pre war glory. The façade is a perfect example of classic NYC architecture, and the development team expended maximum energy in bringing it back to life. The project is another example of NS Construction’s commitment to providing the highest quality and most spectacular homes available at its price point.
