Sixteen apartments and two stores. Historic apartment house in Cincinnati’s old west end, an emerging artists area near Solway gallery that is occupied by a caretaker. Currently we are making the two stores ready for occupancy in the hopes of attracting a cool gallery, artist, restaurant, gathering space etc. The energy of the tenants should kick start some demand for apartments in this area. After a few years we will circle back to this location and develop the apartments. They don’t need much and are wonderfully historic with fine woodwork and stone mantles in each unit.
