Work on this project has begun and the first group of 14 renovated apartments is due to hit market in the summer of 2018. Because of our experience with 147 E Clifton which came to market last year we are confident that we can attract good market rate tenants at between 750-1200/mo almost 25% more than we had projected in 2015.
